Behind every flawless image is precision and planning. Here’s how we make it happen.
If you’re evaluating aviation photography at a strategic or procurement level, the questions below address scope, logistics, licensing, and production realities.
How is aviation photography different from regular photography?
Aviation photography requires airside access, specialized insurance, and experience working around active aircraft.
Photographers must manage reflective surfaces, tight cabin environments, strict FBO and MRO protocols, and limited ground times.
Shoots typically take place at hangars, ramps, FBOs, or maintenance facilities where operational and security procedures are tightly controlled.
What types of aircraft photography services do you offer?
We provide a full suite of aviation media services, including:
- Interior and exterior still photography
- 3D virtual tours (Matterport and custom VR)
- Aerial and ground-based video production
- Brand storytelling and campaign visuals
- Completion, refurbishment, and delivery photography
- Facility, FBO, hangar, and OEM architecture photography
Each project includes planning, lighting, capture, editing, and delivery of high-resolution marketing-ready files.
Assistants, travel, licensing, and optional services such as twilight exteriors or video are quoted separately based on scope.
Who hires an aviation photographer?
Clients include aircraft brokers, completion centers, OEMs, charter companies, FBOs, interior designers, and private jet owners.
Our imagery supports marketing, PR, resale listings, charter catalogs, investor relations, and brand-focused campaigns.
Can you photograph aircraft worldwide?
Yes. We regularly work across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
We operate airside with proper FBO coordination, follow all safety and security requirements,
and work discreetly under NDAs. Travel logistics are scheduled around weather, operations,
and narrow ground-time windows.
What’s included in your aircraft photography services?
Most projects include creative planning, professional lighting and capture, expert editing,
and delivery of high-resolution marketing-ready files. Travel, assistants, 3D tours, twilight exteriors,
or video are added as needed based on scope and deliverables.
Who has AeroMedia worked with?
AeroMedia routinely works with clients across private aviation, charter operations, OEM services, and completion environments.
Many of our clients operate under strict confidentiality and NDAs, and while we cannot publicly name them,
they include organizations you would immediately recognize within business aviation.
Some partners we can mention include:
- Duncan Aviation
- Solaris Aviation
- Jet Agency
- Jet Edge
- Sky Harbour
- Elit Avia
- Vertis Aviation
These projects span aircraft sales, charter marketing, fleet documentation, completions, and facility photography,
with many additional high-profile clients we cannot disclose but proudly serve with full confidentiality.
Do you photograph private jets, commercial aircraft, and facilities?
Yes. We photograph everything from light jets to large-cabin aircraft, ultra-long-range business jets,
and wide-body commercial aircraft. We also photograph FBOs, hangars, lounges, and aviation facilities.
Each assignment is styled and executed to match your brand, listing, or campaign requirements.
How far do you travel for aircraft photography?
We travel globally with established hubs in North America and Europe.
Travel days are integrated into production schedules, and contingency planning is built in
to ensure consistent results across international locations.
How are licensing and usage rights handled?
Licensing is based on how you intend to use the images, internal documentation, online marketing,
advertising campaigns, or global press distribution.
Larger campaigns or full buyout options are licensed separately to ensure the rights match your exposure needs
while protecting long-term brand value.
How much do aircraft photography services cost?
Most projects range from from modest, low-thousand engagements to mid–five-figure, full-scope productions depending on aircraft type, scope, location, number of deliverables, travel requirements, and licensing.
Multi-aircraft or multi-day productions are quoted individually for accuracy and efficiency.
How can I request a custom quote?
Share your aircraft type, location, and required services, interiors, exteriors, facilities, video, or virtual tours.
We will prepare a detailed proposal outlining creative fees, licensing options, travel, and any add-on services
tailored to your objectives.
