01 | Multiple audiences
One launch, several communication jobs
Hero images, technical views, people and operational context had to work across investor decks, press coverage, announcements and future campaigns.
Electra Aero case study | Manassas, Virginia

Project at a glance
The business challenge
The production needed to serve investors, executives, press outlets, future customers and Electra’s marketing team without treating those audiences as separate assignments.
01 | Multiple audiences
Hero images, technical views, people and operational context had to work across investor decks, press coverage, announcements and future campaigns.
02 | Compressed delivery
Four priority photographs required professional finishing and delivery within 48 hours while the larger launch library remained in production.
03 | Shared production
Photography, video, talent, lighting and stakeholder review shared the aircraft and limited exterior light without slowing the launch schedule.
The production approach
Pre-production connected the aircraft, audiences, launch priorities and delivery schedule before the cameras came out.
Planning included stakeholder alignment, visual proposals, mood boards, shot priorities, access, lighting strategy, talent direction, video coordination, on-set review and media-ready delivery standards.
When aircraft restrictions or technical challenges affected the sequence, the production was reordered in real time. That flexibility protected momentum and kept both still and motion teams productive.
The dawn window
The defining exterior imagery depended on a narrow transition from blue hour through pre-dawn color and into sunrise. AeroMedia coordinated closely with the video team so both crews could use the changing light.
The approach produced atmospheric profiles for press, investor and brand applications without duplicating aircraft movement or compromising the shared production schedule.
The visual story
The final library included hero aircraft views, cockpit interaction, lifestyle sequences, technical context and supporting brand imagery for media, investor and marketing use.

The result
