01 | Aircraft launch
Electra Aero EL9
A coordinated image library for launch communications, investors, media and global brand rollout.
Real aircraft. Real constraints. Commercial outcomes.
Four assignments show how AeroMedia plans photography, video, lifestyle production and immersive media around aircraft access, operational realities and the job the finished assets must do.
The direct answer
AeroMedia’s case studies show how aircraft photography and visual production solve specific sales, launch, charter, facility-branding and remarketing challenges.
Each study identifies the client objective, operational constraints, production approach, deliverables and practical result. The projects include an emerging-aircraft launch, an aviation facility campaign, a rapid-turnaround Gulfstream charter production and confidential VVIP aircraft remarketing.
Case studies at a glance
Four assignments
Each project required a different combination of planning, access, production and delivery.
01 | Aircraft launch
A coordinated image library for launch communications, investors, media and global brand rollout.
02 | Aviation infrastructure
Architecture, lifestyle imagery and immersive media combined into one aviation-facility asset system.
03 | Charter marketing
Remote production ownership and a complete luxury image suite delivered in fewer than ten days.
04 | Confidential remarketing
Widebody cabin photography, luxury staging, exterior imagery and a digital twin for remote buyer evaluation.
Case study 01 | Electra Aero EL9
Business objective: Create a foundational visual library for the launch of Electra Aero’s full-scale EL9 aircraft.
The assignment coordinated aircraft photography, lifestyle talent, executive imagery, video teams and precise exterior coverage into one consistent visual system. The assets supported investor presentations, media coverage, marketing materials and the wider brand rollout.
Why it matters: A launch image library must communicate technical credibility, human relevance and brand confidence across very different audiences.
Case study 02 | Sky Harbour
Business objective: Build a coordinated asset library for a private aviation facility in Addison, Texas.
AeroMedia combined architectural photography, lifestyle production and Matterport Pro3 virtual-tour capture within one operational window. The finished library supported facility marketing, customer experience, investor communications and brand positioning.
Why it matters: Aviation facilities must communicate architecture, operations, hospitality and aircraft access without making those elements feel disconnected.
Case study 03 | Phenix Jet G650
Business objective: Produce a complete luxury charter-marketing image suite on an exceptionally compressed schedule.
AeroMedia was contacted on Friday, arrived in Mesa by Sunday, completed the photography by Tuesday and delivered the finished assets in fewer than ten days. With no client representative on site, staging, decor, lighting, visual sequencing and remote approval were managed independently.
Why it matters: A short deadline does not remove the need for careful staging, consistent coverage and a polished commercial result.
Case study 04 | VIP Airbus A340
Business objective: Create a secure international remarketing package for a former head-of-state aircraft.
The production combined widebody cabin photography, exterior imagery, custom bedding, floral installations, formal dining presentation and a complete Matterport virtual walkthrough. Together, the assets helped qualified prospects understand the aircraft before an in-person inspection.
Why it matters: A VVIP aircraft requires accuracy, discretion and enough visual depth to support private broker presentations and international sales outreach.
What the projects have in common
01
Launch, sales, charter, investor and facility assignments require different priorities and deliverables.
02
Access, positioning, security, FBO coordination, talent, staging, weather and schedules are addressed before capture.
03
Still photography, motion, people, facilities and immersive media are planned to use each access window efficiently.
04
Finished files are edited, organized and prepared for the agreed sales, media, presentation, web and campaign uses.

Aircraft photography case studies
An aviation photography case study documents a real aircraft, facility or aviation-marketing production. It explains the business objective, operational constraints, production approach, deliverables and practical use of the finished imagery.
A portfolio shows image quality. A case study also shows how the photographer plans access, handles operational constraints, coordinates stakeholders, solves production problems and delivers assets for a defined commercial purpose.
Yes. Confidential aircraft sales, VVIP remarketing, private-owner assignments and pre-launch programs can be produced under a nondisclosure agreement. Image handling, access, publication and delivery requirements can be established before production.
Yes. When access and scheduling permit, AeroMedia can coordinate still photography, aircraft video, lifestyle content and immersive capture within one production plan.
Yes. AeroMedia works throughout the United States and internationally. Travel is coordinated around aircraft location, availability, FBO access, flight operations and the required delivery schedule.
