Phenix Jet | Gulfstream G650 Charter Aircraft Photography – Mesa, AZ
Client: Phenix Jet (Guam-based charter operator)
Aircraft: Gulfstream G650
Location: Gulfstream Facility, Mesa, Arizona
Deliverables: Full luxury cabin photography suite, curated stills for digital and print, twilight composite
Date: January 2026
Phenix Jet engaged AeroMedia to produce a luxury-focused visual library for its Gulfstream G650, supporting charter marketing across digital, print, and global brand materials.
1. Strategic Scope: Charter-Ready Luxury in Record Time
This project required speed, autonomy, and full production ownership. With no client on-site and leadership split between Florida and Guam, the assignment depended on rapid coordination and confident execution without direct supervision.
Contacted on a Friday, we were on location in Mesa by Sunday. By Monday, the aircraft walkthrough was complete, a styling plan was in place, and all staging materials had been sourced locally. Photography was completed Tuesday, with final edited assets delivered one week later.
2. Operational Execution
The production was executed solo, requiring full control over planning, staging, styling, and photography. Coordination with Gulfstream’s refurbishment team, led by Ryan, ensured the aircraft could be staged efficiently while respecting operational timelines.
The original plan included a live twilight exterior session, but weather and scheduling required a pivot. To preserve the premium campaign look, a twilight-inspired hero image was created in post-production using a controlled composite workflow.
Production Approach:
- Full interior styling and scene direction handled on site
- Local sourcing of décor, catering, and floral elements
- Solo capture of cabin, detail, and exterior assets
- Post-production composite for twilight hero image
3. Strategic Solutions & Unique Aspects
- Bespoke Staging: Four custom floral arrangements were created to complement the G650 interior palette. Sushi, sake, croissants, fruit, and premium serviceware were styled to suggest understated luxury without overpowering the cabin.
- Lifestyle Duality: Two distinct moods were built into the imagery—one focused on executive utility with laptop and breakfast elements, the other on indulgent leisure and elevated service.
- Technical Precision: Tilt-shift lenses and longer focal lengths were used to preserve geometry while creating immersive, high-end cabin views. Lighting was controlled for tone continuity and accurate material rendering.
Signature Moment
A twilight-inspired hero image created in post to preserve the campaign’s premium tone after weather eliminated the live exterior window.
One of the defining decisions in this production came when the planned twilight exterior could not be captured on location. Rather than abandon the concept, the image was rebuilt in post-production to preserve the mood and positioning the client needed.
The resulting frame became the visual anchor of the project, giving Phenix Jet a hero asset that matched the charter brand’s luxury tone while staying consistent with the rest of the image set.
4. Outcome
Result: A luxury-focused marketing image library supporting Phenix Jet’s global charter promotion and aircraft branding.
The final deliverables included a curated still image set for brochures, web use, and charter campaigns, along with a signature twilight composite used as the hero visual for the project.
From first contact to delivery, the entire assignment was completed in under 10 days. The finished assets now support Phenix Jet’s global charter outreach with a polished, consistent visual identity.
