1. Strategic Scope: Charter-Ready Luxury in Record Time
Phenix Jet engaged us for a high-end charter photography package to showcase their G650’s aspirational appeal. With no client on-site, leadership was split between Florida and Guam, this project required full creative autonomy, rapid coordination, and turnkey production under a compressed timeline.
Contacted on a Friday, we were on location in Mesa by Sunday. By Monday, we completed a full aircraft walkthrough, developed a staging plan, and sourced all décor and catering locally. Photography was completed Tuesday, and final edited assets were delivered just one week later. The client trusted us completely to execute with discretion and precision.
2. Execution: Solo Production, Full Ownership
The shoot was executed solo, requiring seamless control over pre-production, styling, and on-set photography. Coordination with Gulfstream’s refurbishment team- led by Ryan- was essential to stage the aircraft safely and on schedule. The Gulfstream team’s professionalism allowed us to maximize access while preserving operational timelines.
Although the original plan included a twilight session, weather and logistics required a pivot. A dramatic twilight aesthetic was later composited in post-production to preserve the campaign’s premium tone without compromising authenticity.
3. Visual Strategy: Staged, Subtle, Aspirational
- Bespoke Staging: Four custom floral arrangements were created to complement the G650’s interior palette. We styled vignettes featuring sushi, sake, croissants, fruit, and premium serviceware, designed to suggest understated luxury, not overwhelm the environment.
- Lifestyle Duality: Two distinct mood concepts were captured, one evoking executive utility with laptop and breakfast setup, the other suggesting indulgent leisure and elevated service. The twin bed configuration was styled with curated linens and accessories.
- Technical Mastery: A blend of tilt-shift lenses and longer focal lengths were used to maintain visual geometry in tight spaces while delivering wide, immersive frames. Lighting was carefully managed for tone continuity and detail balance.
The Signature Moment: Operating Without Oversight
With no client on-site and production approvals handled remotely across time zones, this shoot demonstrated total production ownership. From walkthrough to staging to final image delivery, we moved confidently and independently, delivering high-end results that mirrored charter marketing objectives without direct supervision.
4. Outcome
Delivered assets include a curated image set for Phenix Jet’s brochures, web, and social media marketing. From staging to post, the entire production was completed in under 10 days from first contact to delivery. Early response from internal teams has been positive, with visuals now supporting global charter outreach.
